– preferably attaching a photo or a short description of the issue. If the product is available in stock, we send a new unit, and the courier collects the damaged product upon delivery. If the product is out of stock, we issue a refund.

We are a European company with a full warehouse in Poland, which allows us to provide efficient customer service, fast replacement, and real after-sales support. The microscope has a 2-inch color LCD display. That’s plenty for a child to comfortably observe the world in magnification — even outdoors!

Windows:

If you want to connect the microscope to a Windows computer, first download the viewing software (Download software)

Then connect the turned-off microscope to the computer using the USB cable.

Next, turn on the microscope — a message will appear:

  • View on device
  • SD card
  • View on computer

Select the "View on computer" option.

Then, in the computer program, under the Device section, select the microscope from the list.

The process of connecting the microscope on macOS is very simple and does not require installing additional software. macOS has a built-in program called Photo Booth, which allows you to view the microscope image.

  1. Connect the turned-off microscope to the Mac using the USB cable.
  2. Turn on the microscope — a message will appear on the screen:

    - View on device
    - SD card
    - View on computer
  3. Select the "View on computer" option.
  4. Open the Photo Booth program.
  5. In the top menu, choose Camera → HD Video (or Microscope) to display the microscope image.

Don’t worry — it happens sometimes.

At the back of the microscope, there is a small reset hole. Insert a thin object (e.g., a paperclip) and hold for a few seconds. The microscope will restart and work like new again.

To record videos or take photos, you need to insert a micro SD card into the device.

After inserting the card, press and hold the button with the camera icon (first from the left) to start recording.

A short press of this button takes a photo.

📸 Without a card, you can take 5–10 photos in internal memory, but with a micro SD card, you have almost unlimited possibilities.

It’s very simple! Just gently turn the knob located at the bottom of the microscope — to the right or left — until the image becomes clear. A child will quickly master this function and be able to independently view their first samples!
